E-Metrics Annual Report

Annual Report Examples

The following are examples of the use of e-metric data in annual report format

  • LargeUrbanAnnualEReport.doc (MS Word document)- A Large (2 million pop.) Urban Library's Annual Report of Electronic Resources and Services or,
  • MediumUrbanAnnualEReport.doc (MS Word document)- A Medium (400,000 pop.) Urban Library's Annual Report of Electronic Resources and Services.

Annual Report Templates

You may also wish to develop an Annual E-metric Report using your own data. We offer 4 files that work together to allow you to create your Annual Report.

There are two options for using the files:

Option 1

  1. Create a single folder on your workstation.
  2. Download the files into the folder your created using the same filenames as given.
    • ARInstructions.doc
      A MS Word file containing instructions and tips for developing an annual e-metrics report using your own data;
    • AnnualE-ReportData.xls
      An Excel spreadsheet where you will enter you library's data;
    • AnnualE-Report.doc
      A MS Word file containing the draft Annual Report on the Library's Electronic Resources and Services;
    • Optional: ARMethodAppendix.doc
      A MS Word file containing the Annual Report appendices related to method.
  3. Begin by opening the ARInstructions.doc file.

Option 2

  1. Download emisAnnualReport.zip. It contains all of the files listed above already in a folder.
  2. Extract all files to your computer. Winzip users, be sure that the "Preserve Folder Names" option is checked.
  3. Begin by opening the ARInstructions.doc file.
